1. 楽曲の利用について

楽曲は無料でダウンロードできます。
ダウンロードした楽曲データを二次配布することはできません。
個人による動画・配信などのコンテンツにおいてHARDCORE TANO*C(以下レーベル)の許諾を得ず自由に使用することができます。

2. 利用できる範囲について

下記の範囲においてレーベルの確認なく自由に使用できます。

• 各種SNS、YouTubeの動画・配信コンテンツのBGM、演奏、歌唱、DJでの使用。
• 音楽ゲームの譜面データの制作及び無償での公開。この際楽曲データを同梱することができます。

上記条件に則っている場合でも下記の範囲においては使用することができません。

• 公序良俗に反するコンテンツ
• 宗教が関係するコンテンツ
• 政治的なコンテンツ
• 他者、またはレーベルやその関係者を中傷するコンテンツ
• その他アーティストやレーベルが不適切と判断したコンテンツ

また、下記の場合は事前の確認が必要となります。連絡フォームよりご連絡をお願いいたします。

• 法人による利用
• 楽曲データを含むコンテンツを有償で公開したい場合

3. 利用の条件について

有償での公開を希望の場合、フォームより連絡をお願いします。
動画や配信の収益化につきましては問題ございませんが、YouTubeにおいてはレーベルで管理しておりますContent IDによる著作権侵害の申立が発生する可能性がございます。

4. 禁止事項

楽曲を自らの制作物として公開、または販売する行為
楽曲、またはそれを含んだコンテンツを無断で販売・配信する行為
